Who doesn’t love Spring? Longer days full of sunshine and longer nights with a refreshing breeze….the only problem is the constant switching between warm and cold. Worry not however because help is at hand, from the runway to street style (including some Agorique employees)!
We bring you LAYERS! Whether it’s playing with length, transparencies or using contrasting materials, this SS13 trend makes sure we are ready for any meteorological surprise.
Just take a look at the professionals to get an idea of how to wear it.
Here the designers have playfully combined a mixture of fluid and sheer feel fabrics to create a similar effect.
Starting with the creations of Emilio Pucci and Céline, who opted for an all white look… we can see they used all sorts of shiny, transparent or glossy materials to create defined yet wearable layers.
Shirt on shirt and a blazer of a different length. This is how designers Rag & Bone and Haider Ackerman brought us this trend.
Check out the way this look has a sporty and casual edge to it.
Balmain’s jacket on jacket look shoes just how easy it is to make this trend your own. Just have a go at playing with different lengths and print styles.
Enough of simple looks however its time to check this trend in its extreme state.
It’s not easy to differentiate between the different pieces!
I bet you are dying to see more and AGORIQUE is never one to let you down when it comes to beautiful and useful trends. Lets take a look at a selection of different AGORIQUE members’ takes on this trend.
Borne also brings us white over-layers whilst discretely using contrasting lengths to give the look the sensation of proportion.
Meanwhile WHO plays with the density of the fabrics to create a feeling of juxtaposition and contrast in this stunning summer piece.
Which were your favourite looks? Its time to take to the streets to see how people are really wearing this trend.
